The Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center has recently expanded to a 6 OR facility. We offer full time, part time and per-diem employment opportunities for professional and experienced RNs in Pre-Op, OR and PACU. We offer opportunities for OR Scrub Technicians as well as OR / PACU Aide/Technician positions. Our facility is staffed by Medical Billing, Scheduling and Reception. Additionally, we offer employment opportunities for PAs and RNFAs. All Ambulatory Surgery Center positions are Monday-Friday, Days, No-Nights, No-Weekends, No-Call.

At Capital Region Imaging we offer professional employment opportunities for MRI Technologists and Front Desk Receptionists.

Job Opportunities with Capital Region Orthopaedics

 

Physician Assistant

  • Our PAs first assist in surgical cases in our Ambulatory Surgery Center located at the Bone and Joint Center as well as at local hospitals including Albany Medical Center, St. Peter’s Hospital and Memorial Hospital.
  • Our PAs also support physicians in our cast room assisting patients with casting, bracing, injections and aspirations.
  • Our PAs are not responsible for patient care in the clinic or hospital.

 

This position is being posted as an added position to our current staff, in line with a recent Surgery Center expansion.

The position is FT days.  No nights, no weekends, no call.  Candidates should possess a NY State license.  Our PAs earn a competitive salary, benefits package and CME allotment.

Preference will be given to candidates with OR experience.

 

 

Job Opportunities with Capital Region Ambulatory Surgery Center

** All positions are Days -No nights - No weekends - No call **

 

RN - PAT - Part Time (3 days per week)

We are seeking a RN experienced in Pre-Admission Testing. 

A candidate should demonstrate experience in the following: excellent patient history and assessment skills, knowledge of 12-lead EKG’s, excellent patient education skills, familiarity with reading lab values and knowledge of frequently prescribed medications. 

The position is Part Time Days.  A candidate should be able to work a minimum of 3 days per week.  We can offer some flexibility with respect to which days each week.  The candidate should also have the flexibility to provide an additional day(s) to provided coverage for team members as the need arises.
